Active in the Florida real estate market since 1980, Toni's comprehensive knowledge of the real estate, banking and mortgage business brings a wide diversity of service to her clients. Her professional affiliations include the REALTORS® Association of Indian River County, Inc., Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Toni's husband Randy is a co-owner of the firm and serves as the office technical advisor. They met through a common interest in the arts, antiques and a love of travel and have a collected history of more than 50 years in Vero Beach. They also share a love of animals and presently have a menagerie of pets. |

Gail Simpson, a second generation REALTOR®, grew up in the world of real estate. This made it a natural transition into her career as a REALTOR® after several years in her prior career as a respiratory therapist. The compassion and attention to detail that she exhibited as a health care professional is now focused on her real estate career. Gail believes in closely listening to her clients needs and developing a personalized and comprehensive approach to achieving their goals.
Gail is a member of the REALTORS® Association of Indian River County, Inc.. and a member of the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition, Gail holds certifications in fitness, respiratory care, and is a member of the Respiratory Honor Society. Gail came to Vero Beach in 1980 from Massachusetts. Here she met and married Kevin Simpson, a construction superintendent for one of Vero's elite builders. Together they are raising two beautiful children. Gail and Kevin have deep roots in Vero's sand. Kevin's father was a two-term mayor of Vero Beach and Gail's family has owned and operated Hanlon's Men's Store since the early 1980's. Realtor® Kimberly R. Kern joined Toni Gibson Real Estate's Pointe Office in 2005. Her experience in the banking and mortgage industries gave her a solid foundation for transition into real estate. As a licensed real estate agent since 1988, Kim has been employed in the industry in various capacities. Moving from Vero to West Palm Beach in 1990, Kim became associated with Paramount Real Estate Services, Inc., an affiliate of The Rendina Companies, one of the largest owners and developers of medical office facilities in the country, where she managed and leased medical, retail and office space. Moving back to Vero Beach, Kim began working in the Sales office at The Indian River Club, an exclusive, private golf course community. It was there that she met her husband, Joe, who is the club's head golf professional. Since that time, she continued in the field of real estate as a licensed Community Association Manager and worked for a real estate investment company, all while following the progress of residential and commercial development in the county. Kim is a member of the REALTORS® Association of Indian River County, Inc. and a member of the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Kim and Joe live and play in Vero. They are actively involved in the foster care program for the Humane Society of Vero Beach and Indian River County. Their family consists of four fantastic, furry dogs, and two very tolerant cats. |

Amy's extensive knowledge of real estate development, architecture and construction contributes a valuable dimension to our office. She holds a Masters degree in Architecture from Clemson University. Her husband Robert is a State Certified General Contractor. They are the principals of Banov Architects, P.A. Amy's special background allows her to bring a unique insight when assisting buyers or sellers to find just the right property, from a luxury residence to an entire real estate development. She emphasizes personal attention and experience in analyzing a client's needs in order to offer qualified advice leading toward an informed decision. | Randy Gibson

Toni's husband Randy handles the firm's computer and technical services. His primary profession is as a teacher and chairman of the Computer Science Department at Indian River Community College. Randy and Toni also own Acquired Collections, an antique store and gallery on Royal Palm Pointe in Vero Beach, where they indulge in their mutual passion for antiques, art, and other treasures collected from their travels. Randy's background is in engineering and technical design. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Engineering Science and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Yale University in Theatre Planning. Randy is a past president of the Rotary Club of Vero Beach and serves on many advisory committees related to community development. |
