The purpose of all practice exercises in this course is to provide hands-on learning of course content. Each exercise relates to concepts discussed in your textbook or in supplemental reading. The majority of these exercises will be performed in the classroom (for face-to-face sections of the course), but you are encouraged to attempt them prior to class meetings if possible. Unless otherwise notified, exercises will be due by 11 PM on the day that they appear listed in the course syllabus. Feel free to ask for guidance if you are uncertain about how to proceed on any of them. Remember that all exercises must be completed to the satisfaction of your instructor prior to the final exam for you to pass the course.
